Grace 2 B Great is a storytelling and media initiative operated by CEO Publishing, LLC.

By accessing, using, submitting content to, or participating in the Grace 2 B Great platform, website, testimony submissions, live experiences, media projects, forms, events, or related services, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Grace 2 B Great exists to create space for storytelling, reflection, connection, healing-centered conversation, and community engagement through written stories, interviews, audio and video submissions, live experiences, educational content, and related storytelling initiatives.

The platform is designed to encourage thoughtful participation, dignity-centered storytelling, and responsible sharing of lived experiences.

2. Eligibility

Grace 2 B Great currently accepts testimony submissions, media participation, and related content only from individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

3. Use of the Platform

Users agree to use the platform respectfully, lawfully, and in alignment with the purpose of the platform.

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, knowingly false, defamatory, threatening, or abusive content
• Violate the privacy or rights of others
• Upload malicious software or harmful material
• Misrepresent your identity or authority
• Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

Grace 2 B Great and CEO Publishing, LLC reserve the right to remove, restrict, archive, decline, edit, or discontinue content or participation at their discretion.

4. User Responsibility

By participating in the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your participation is voluntary
• Any story or material submitted is truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You are responsible for the content you choose to share
• Your submission does not knowingly violate the rights of another person or entity

You retain ownership of your personal life experiences and story.

5. Content Submissions and Media Rights

Content submissions may be governed by additional release, consent, or media authorization agreements associated with testimony submissions, recordings, interviews, publications, live experiences, or participation in Grace 2 B Great initiatives.

Submission of content does not guarantee publication, archival placement, feature selection, continued use, or participation in future projects.

Grace 2 B Great and CEO Publishing, LLC reserve the right to review, edit, archive, decline, remove, discontinue, repurpose, or distribute submitted content in accordance with applicable agreements.

Participants may request discontinuation of future use of submitted content; however, Grace 2 B Great and CEO Publishing, LLC cannot guarantee removal of materials already published, distributed, archived, licensed, printed, recorded, shared, or incorporated into completed media projects.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, graphics, logos, videos, written materials, educational content, designs, and original media created by Grace 2 B Great or CEO Publishing, LLC are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

7. No Professional Services

Grace 2 B Great is a storytelling and media initiative. We do not provide therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, crisis intervention, or emergency services.

Participation in this platform does not create a therapeutic, counseling, clinical, legal, or professional relationship.

Some areas of the platform may reference or link to advocacy organizations, support services, crisis hotlines, educational resources, or community organizations. Grace 2 B Great and CEO Publishing, LLC are not responsible for the services, actions, recommendations, or content of third-party organizations.

8. Consent, Dignity, and Ethical Storytelling

Grace 2 B Great believes stories should be shared responsibly, voluntarily, and with care.

We strive to approach testimony collection, media participation, and storytelling practices in ways that honor dignity, respect personal agency, and support emotionally safe participation.

Participants are encouraged to share only what they feel comfortable disclosing.

While Grace 2 B Great may review, edit, archive, publish, distribute, or repurpose submitted content in accordance with applicable agreements, we seek to steward stories thoughtfully and avoid intentional misrepresentation of a participant’s lived experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Grace 2 B Great and CEO Publishing, LLC shall not be liable for emotional responses, personal decisions, third-party conduct, reactions to published content, or outcomes related to participation in the platform or use of its content.

Any liability arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under Virginia law.

10. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the Grace 2 B Great Privacy Policy & Ethical Standards statement.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
